The credit bureaus will choose what was illegally reported
or not and remove what was. Points go by what is removed.
Therefore, if nothing is deemed illegally reported, no points
will be issued.
Furthermore, as long as any items are on your account your
score will reflect that by decreasing as the bureaus see fit
(or) for every 30 days your accounts stay in negative with
your collections or late payments; more points can (or) will
be deducted. This happens with or without disputing on your
report. Filing items on ones report to be adjusted does not
make your score lower. If you need clarification on that you
can reach out to the Bureaus and request advisement.

NOTE: Please allow 30-45 business days after you are
processed and sent out for a credit update from all 3
bureaus. COUNT FROM THE DAY THE BUREAUS RECEIVE YOUR
LETTERS! It is your job to decipher what codes apply to your
credit updates by reading through your report thoroughly. If
you receive a letter in the mail stating they have received a
suspicious letter in the mail please call the number on the
letter and verify your information as there is a new
protocol in place due to fraud.
BE SURE TO CALL TO VERIFY YOUR IDENTIFY. IF NOT, YOUR LETTERS
WILL NOT BE DISPUTED.
